We produce wear and replacement items such as filler nozzle washers, tulips, centering devices, pistons, air tubes, springs and seals, always in non-toxic material tested and approved for food contact.
Our parts are custom-made from a sample, drawing or measurement of the original part, ensuring the same fit and performance as the replaced component. We work with food-grade non-toxic silicone, polyurethane, Nitrile, EPDM and Viton rubbers, plus engineering plastics and stainless steel, choosing the ideal material for each application and hardness (Shore).
We supply replacement parts compatible with fillers from the leading brands on the market, such as Krones, Sidel, KHS, Zegla, San Martin, Kosme, GAI, Sacmi and P.E. Labellers, among others. Preventive maintenance of these parts avoids leaks, product loss and unplanned stops on the filling line.
